We require a light fit out from an existing gym floor, to a boutique Pilates studio. The scope of works include: - laminate flooring install (on top of acoustic rubber flooring, or on top of original floors with acoustic removed). - installation of a separation wall (gyprock) and door to close off the level 1 space to the stairwell. - closing stairwell void to add further security and privacy to tenancy. The total size is approximately 36 sqm, we would like to show any suitable trades though on Thursday the 8th of January for further information.

Need someone to remove the equipment from the gym and take down all the fixtures from the roof and walls associated to the electrical wiring for each piece of equipment. There are numerous different components. Power supply and audio. Video and lighting. And multiple different boxes can be dedicated to each piece of equipment and clearly labelled. A ladder and scaffold is supplied and when everything is removed it would be a good idea to keep cords separated prior to pulling them down... It has to be done in a time consuming manner because it is a very big job that could take a number of days. It's ok to complete the work at night etc
