The drum kit on the back of the hot point drier needs to be replaced . Drier sits on top of a washing machine and would need to be unplugged and removed . I can help dismount and mount the drier back to its original place but job would be completed when the drier is back to its original place . Thank you

3 ceiling lights need installing, replacing 3 existing pendant fittings. One is a straight pendant swap (fabric drum shade). The other two are flush-mount fixtures (a 4-way brass spotlight bar and a 3-arm brass fixture) that need to be wired directly to the ceiling point in place of the current pendant flex/rose — will need re-securing to the ceiling (joist or batten fixing) and proper earthing since both are metal. Must be electrically competent
