Scope of Works * Carefully remove 4 existing porcelain patio tiles and set aside for reuse. * Prepare/excavate the area beneath the removed porcelain tiles as required. * Supply and lay a suitable concrete base/foundation strong enough to support the proposed pergola. * Allow the concrete base to set appropriately. * Relay the 4 porcelain tiles over the new base using suitable exterior adhesive/bedding material. * Ensure the porcelain tiles are level and aligned with the surrounding patio. * Ensure the completed base is suitable for the pergola to be positioned and securely fixed on top. * Make good any joints around the relaid porcelain tiles. * Place all rubbish, rubble and waste materials neatly in the designated area at the back of the house, ready for collection and disposal. * Leave the work area clean and tidy on completion. Quote to include all labour and materials required to complete the works.

It seems like something is up with the cable, if I squeeze it in a certain place they turn on but otherwise they don't. Last time I plugged them in and did this, sparks came out of the mains, so I stopped doing that :)

Both sink and bath previously installed - just need the connectors re connected to the waste pipes (might need new connectors but I can pay for these seperately) Bath - removed to change flexible hose connectors but I now do not know how to get the waste connector back on. Sink, waste connection wasn’t quite in the right place for the sink to sit flush into the cut out so needs a bit of wiggling or maybe a flexible connector so it can move (see pictures)

Shower refurbishment – work required I’m looking for someone to complete the refurbishment of the existing shower area. The old tiles have been removed from the shower area, exposing the existing backing/substrate. The rest of the bathroom is staying as it is. Work required: * Check the exposed area and existing framing/substrate is sound and suitable. * Install cement/tile backer boards to the exposed shower area, properly secured, level and suitable for a wet environment. * Properly seal/treat the board joints, edges and penetrations to ensure the shower area is waterproof before tiling. * Re-tile the shower area using the existing tiles. I have removed and prepared the tiles and they are still in good condition, so I would like to reuse them and match the existing layout as closely as possible. * Re-grout the shower area using suitable water-resistant/wet-area grout. * Silicone all internal corners and changes of plane appropriately. I have already purchased most of the required materials, so I’m mainly looking for labour and installation. The shower tray is already in place.

We have around 50 integrated LED downlights across the house that have failed. These are fully integrated fittings (LED and driver built into the unit, not a replaceable GU10 bulb), so each one needs the whole fixture replaced, not just a bulb swap. What’s needed: • Removal of ~50 failed integrated LED downlight fittings • Supply and installation of replacement fittings (fire-rated, matching existing hole size/spec where possible) • Testing once installed Property details: • Fittings are spread across multiple rooms and on a control 4 system that is working Must be a qualified/certified electrician (Part P compliant) given the volume and scope of work. Please quote for supply + labour, and let me know your earliest availability given the number of fittings involved.

I have a new 3-light chandelier that needs installing in place of an existing ceiling light. The old fitting has already been removed and the existing ceiling wiring is exposed. The new fitting is fully assembled/ready to install and comes with its manufacturer's mounting bracket and fixings (I have additional fittings if these aren’t suitable). This is an older property with older-style ceiling wiring, so I would like a qualified electrician to safely identify/connect the existing wiring, securely fix the mounting bracket to the ceiling structure and install/test the light. I can provide photos of the existing wiring and the manufacturer's installation instructions.
