Everythink will arrive Sunday morning.. I just don't have the tools. it is already an FD30 door.. bottom hinge needs a pack as to much space between door and frame where lock is. Intumescents to be added to door frame all round . bottom of door to have smoke and fire brush.. and the door closer need to be add to auto close the door. success will be that the door closes by itself.. I can help you might need an intumescent router. I just have long term internal injury so I get in pain quickly when working with weight. I'm in Croydon Sydenham road and have off street parking.. . thanks Mike

Fixtures & Woodwork: Doors (including tops), skirting boards, fire surround, radiators. High Areas: Remove cobwebs; clean coving, picture rails, curtain rails, and cornice. Windows & Glass: Windows (interior), sills, ledges, polish mirrors & picture frames. Electricals: Plugs, sockets, switches, light fittings, and lampshades. Floors & Upholstery: Vacuum upholstery; vacuum & mop hard floors. 3) Bathroom Bathtub & Shower: Clean bath (descale); wash shower cabinet/screen (inside/out, descale). Toilet & Sink: Disinfect toilet (inside/out); wash sink & shine taps (descale). Surfaces & Storage: Wash tiles (remove mould); wipe cupboards & shelving; polish stainless steel. Fixtures & Glass: Windows (interior) & sills, polish mirrors, wipe doors, frames, skirting boards, and towel rail. Electricals: Wipe extractor fan; clean plugs & light switches. Floors: Vacuum, sanitise, and mop. 4) Living Room Furniture: Clean the sofa and dining table. Floors: Vacuum and wipe down the wooden floors. We would need someone with a Luton Van who could also help us move out of our current flat and into a house in Tadley (Basingstoke) We don't personally have any furniture as our current place is furnished and we've just been renting a room in a flat but may need to make a couple stops to pick up an armchair and a couch from friends on our way out of London. We will also need to ideally stop (maybe first?) at our storage locker in Acton to empty it out and transfer everything to our new storage location in Reading. Otherwise it will just be a lot of bags, suitcases, some books, cat trees and clothes! : )

The old Fike Twinflex Pro2 Fire Alarm System devices will be replaced with new ones. The devices have been purchased and are ready for installation. The old alarm system's cables will be used; there is no need to run new cables. 1 four-zone control panel, 10 ASD siren detectors, 4 call points, 3 fire exit LED light signs, and 5 emergency lamps will be removed and replaced with new ones. The person removing and installing the old systems will also prepare and deliver the Fire Alarm and Emergency Lamp certificates.

We need a carpenter for one day to perform maintenance work on five fire doors. Maintenance will be performed on 5 fire doors. The necessary maintenance procedures for renewing the HMO certificate will be carried out. 5 fire-resistant door closers will be installed at the top of the doors. 5 fire door seal strips will be replaced with new ones, and the door gaps will be adjusted according to the HMO standard. The hinges, locks, and door handles of 5 doors will be replaced with new ones according to HMO standards. 5 round aluminum fire door labels will be screwed onto the doors. The 5 doors will undergo final checks and adjustments according to the HMO standards. All the materials needed for assembly have been purchased. We only need a price quote for labor.
