We have two large real marble tables that need to be carefully lowered and positioned into place — one large coffee table and one large side console. They’ve already been delivered and unpacked but are currently standing on their side and need to be laid flat and moved into position ready for use. Marble is extremely heavy so we need 3 people who are comfortable lifting very heavy items. We’ll have a 4th person on hand to help (my partner is a removal specialist) so you won’t be going in blind! I am seeking replacement of a tile following minor fire damage. This has affected a single tile (Karndean Korlok Texas White Ash RKP8105). I already have two spare tiles available. The work would involve: - Removal of the damaged tile - Preparation of the subfloor, if required - Installation of the replacement tile I can provide photos and measurements if needed. I am looking for a solution that avoids lifting multiple adjacent planks (as the area is furnished), and instead involves a localised cut-and-replace of the single tile, if feasible. Hi, I am looking to make changes to my fireplace opening which is decommissioned. The list of activities roughly are 1. Laminate flooring (floor slates available) 2. Removal of current mantelpiece 3. Re plastering on sides 4. Movement of power plug to the side where the opening is 5. Close opening for a uniform look with bricks 7. Hidden light installation (optional - unsure if possible) 8.
