Looking for someone who can install and self-certify a hot water cylinder in our garden room. As this is for secondary use we're looking for around 100 litre tank. Nothing fancy as we're keen to keep costs low due to it being a garden room. The electrician has already set up the fuses and wiring ready to be connected. We are working on the pipework for the bathroom setup over the next couple of weeks so can also build the waste for the hot water cylinder if that is helpful.

Need replacement of existing HYDRO electric shower with a modern equivalent (likely Triton ENVi 8.5kW or similar). Current shower: * HYDRO electric shower * 230–240V * 7.8kW * Existing unit already installed and functioning intermittently/needs replacement * Black glass style unit mounted on tiled wall Job requirements: * Remove existing HYDRO electric shower * Supply and install suitable replacement electric shower OR install customer-supplied unit * Check existing electrical cable size, breaker and RCD suitability before installation * Reuse existing plumbing and cable entry points where possible to avoid retiling * Ensure unit is fully tested and safely installed to UK regulations Important: Current unit is 7.8kW, so electrician/plumber must confirm whether existing wiring supports 8.5kW or higher replacement. I need an extractor fan fitting into a glass window of a small bathroom, and because it's an electrical fixture you need to be either a qualified or part P-registered electrician so that the fan is legally certified. It is a tenanted property so as a landlord I need it certified. The other smaller part of the job is to sand down and repaint some parts of the wall and ceiling in the bathroom that have bubbles and flaked because of damp. The decorating element is moderate, not minor — the flaking covers a meaningful patch of ceiling and the wall/ceiling angle, and in places the paint has lifted down to the previous coloured (greenish) layer, suggesting multiple layers will need scraping back, stabilising with a mist coat or stain-block primer (e.g. Zinsser Gardz or B-I-N), light filling, and two coats of bathroom-grade anti-mould emulsion. I will supply the humidity-sensing window fan (probably a Vent-Axia VA100+) and I would need you to come with everything else(anti-mould emulsion, primer, stain block, minor polyfilling around light fitting and corner etc).

Lighting circuit MCB keeps tripping after ~15 seconds even with all light switches off. There is also an audible buzzing from the consumer unit while the breaker is on. Looking for fault finding and repair by a qualified electrician. Also have a couple of kitchen socket points needing sockets installed/finished if time allows - please quote accordingly. Flat in London. Consumer unit installed around 2016.
