Hey there, We’re looking for an electrician to connect two electric sauna heaters (approximately 4–6 kW each) to the mains fuseboard at two nearby properties, which are within walking distance of one another. The work involves running the correct cable from the consumer unit/fuseboard to each sauna, installing the appropriate protective devices if required, and completing the electrical connection in accordance with current UK regulations. Property 1 – 36A East India Dock Road, London, E14 6JJ * Easy access. * The sauna is located in the garden. * The consumer unit is in the kitchen, approximately 10 metres from the sauna. * The cable can be run directly through the kitchen wall to the garden, making it a straightforward installation. Property 2 – 20 Malam Gardens, London, E14 0TR * The sauna is also located in the garden. * The consumer unit is in the hallway/corridor, approximately 10 metres from the sauna. * This installation is also relatively straightforward. Both properties have parking available and are only a short walk from one another, so the work can ideally be completed during the same visit. We’re happy to provide the required materials (including the cable and any other agreed items), or you can let us know exactly what you’d recommend. To help reduce labour costs, we’re also happy to arrange for someone to assist with the cable run or any non-electrical preparation work, leaving all electrical connections, testing and certification to you.
