Existing 12v halogen bulb mount broke so it's hanging out ceiling, with transformer in ceiling gap. Task is to to change transformer to LED driver, and replace with new fitting and LED bulb. Parts that should fit existing hole have been delivered to the address already. Needs experienced handyman / electrician.

Hello-I need a competent electrician to install an extractor fan in a small utility room in my home. There is already some ventilation ducting which goes through the bathroom. I need the extra extractor fan to have a humidistat – I can either go buy one if you let me know which or if you have one please include it in your price.
