Note: Fee is hourly rate (indication only - see below) I have accumulated some stacks of paperwork (currently sitting in piles in my house or in paper bags) and lots of kids artwork from my 2 kids over the past 10 years in a few tubs. For the paperwork, I need some type of filing/organising system for when things come into the house, so it doesn't continually get out of control. And I need papers organised in piles ready to be filed (which I can file myself), plus a way to manage paperwork that I need to keep easily and on hand - eg. current medical appointment related stuff; gift vouchers; files for my kids current stuff, current projects...etc. I've dumped a lot of artwork, but I still have a lot. I want it organised and/or gone so I can breathe. I also want us to enjoy the artwork, perhaps a few framed pieces, or memory books (see below)..I'm unsure. Need help!! I don't know how to organise the artwork, what to keep, what to dump (I'm a little attached but also ready to let go). I've wanted to create some memory books of the best art pieces (I can get someone else to create them as I have offshore VA's) but I never get the projects off the ground as it feels overwhelming (and I'm super busy with work and other things). I need home systems and ideas to manage both paperwork and artwork ongoing, once things are in place I can then continue to follow the system. In future, I'd also like to create photo books of my kids photos over the years, but this is a secondary project. It would likely need to be done during school hours at my place at a mutually convenient time. If what I have shared is of interest, let me know what your fee is and how it could work? Share examples if you have done this type of work before. For the budget amount, I don't know whether you would give a fixed fee, or hourly rate?
