I need an experienced Power Automate Desktop (PAD) expert to create a complete working automation that: 1. Loops through all files in a selected folder (and subfolders). 2. Processes Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), PDF, and image files (JPEG, PNG). 3. Reads the text/content from each file. 4. Counts the number of times specific keywords/variations appear (list will be provided). 5. Ignores duplicate files and temporary Word files (~$). 6. Creates a results report (Excel or CSV) showing file name, full path, and counts for each keyword/variation. 7. Runs locally on my PC without admin rights or external scripts (Python not allowed). Requirements: • Strong experience with Power Automate Desktop for handling Word, Excel, PDF, and OCR for images. • Ability to handle large batches (300+ files) quickly and accurately. • Must work remotely with me via Zoom/Teams and finish the job in 1–2 sessions. • Deliver the complete PAD flow file (.pad) with all logic implemented. Deliverables: • Fully working PAD automation. • Simple guide so I can run it again on different folders.
