Looking for an experienced handman or woman to install 2 x S-Fold curtains. (One will be in a bedroom and another in the living area within an apartment.) Needing someone who will measure and install the curtains correctly and professionally. I have pre-purchased the materials, these include: 2 x 280cm Curtain Rail Sets (including brackets) 2 x 280cm S-Fold Sheet Curtains (including hemming tape) The drop of the curtains are 280 however the drop in my apartment is roughly 250, so will be required to be hemmed up using the tape. I am flexible with days, however prefer the installation to occur during the day. I am located in Brighton East. Please respond with a brief description of your experience in this area. Thank you.

I am looking for a handyman/woman to do a series of small tasks around the house. 1. Replace kitchen light - Photo attached. I need the light purchased and replaced. 2. Fix cupboard door - The door has come off the hinge. 3. Photo fallen out of frame/wall - The wind blew a painting off my wall and it’s come out of the frame. I need this put back together and hung. 4. Blinds broken - A small plastic piece on my blinds has come loose and a panel has fallen off as per the picture. The new cistern replaced 2 years ago had different positions for the flush buttons compared to where the existing buttons sit. The plumber did a customized solution (cut timber block and screwed it to the cistern buttons so that it made contact with the top buttons) But nowadays, the flush button is hard to push down as the position is sometimes off. It seems the cistern button has to have more contact with the timber block. It should flush without any effort. Need to fix this asap as it is not ideal. My solution is to make the Top buttons larger by welding a HDPE rod or similar so that it makes the top button tabs make more contact with the timber cistern buttons and will flush easily.
