There was a burst pipe incident in the roof, which caused the damage to the ceiling and now requires replacing. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to complete the plastering above a built-in corner wardrobe. Scope of work: * Install plasterboard and cornice above the wardrobe area (approx 1.5m in length) * Patch the right-side wall and prepare the surface for painting * Patch ceiling and prepare the surface for painting * Install supplied skirting board at the base Out of scope: * Priming and painting of ceiling, cornices and skirting board not required Notes: * I have 1.5m length of the old cornice. Not sure if it can be re-used. Job located in apartment in Artarmon. One flight of stairs (no lifts). Visitor parking available.

1) A yellowish watermark has appeared on the ceiling and needs to be painted over please. Size is approximately 30cmx30cm. 2) Small crack in plaster near ceiling cornice needs to be filled in and patched up paint. Also has watermark along crack which needs to be covered. Crack is approximately 1mm wide and 50cm long. I don’t need the entire ceiling painted just the two bits above patched up and looking good for house inspections. Tasker to please supply all materials, please quote accordingly. Thank you.
