I am making a birthday cake: 2 tier round cake. 16cm top and 26-28cm diameter bottom. Apx 20cm high (total) The cake finish will be smooth and ready for professional icing . Only full icing coverage is needed. The rest I am doing myself. I just don’t trust myself with the icing finish as I am not a professional. We will deliver and pick up everything ourselves. The birthday party is on 11th of April. Needs to be ready on 10th. I can buy all icing ingredients. The photo shows the idea but in reality it won’t be that high. Thank you Tanya
