I'm looking for someone reliable and experienced in healthy cooking and meal preparation to come to my home once per week to prepare meals for the week ahead. What I need prepared Ideally, I would like: * 7 x lunches – the same meal repeated for each day. * 7 x dinners – the same meal repeated for each day. * Optional: 7 x breakfasts and/or snacks, depending on the weekly meal plan. The idea is to keep things simple by preparing one lunch recipe and one dinner recipe in batches of seven portions each. Requirements * All cooking to be done in my home. * I will supply all ingredients and any required recipes. * Meals must be healthy, nutritious and balanced. * Ingredients and finished meals must be accurately weighed. * Portions must follow specified calorie and macronutrient targets (protein, carbohydrates and fats). * Meals should be divided into individual containers, ready for the week. * Kitchen must be left clean and tidy after cooking. I've attached an example of the style of meals I'm looking for. We can discuss whether I provide the recipes, or you create them. I'm looking for someone I can build an ongoing weekly arrangement with. Please get in touch with your experience, availability and quote for a weekly meal prep session. Ideally, please include how many hours you estimate you would need to prepare everything.

Looking for a reliable cleaner for a weekly maintenance clean. There are two of us and three cats, and we keep the house fairly tidy. The house is three floors: an open-plan kitchen and living space with hardwood floors on the ground floor, and carpets upstairs. There are three toilets, one bath and two showers, all lightly used. One room is off-limits. It's mainly hoovering up cat hair and dust, a dust and wipe-down, the toilets, and a mop downstairs. Ideally, each visit would also include one bigger job on rotation, such as the fridge, inside windows, skirting boards, or a deeper clean of a shower or bath. All equipment is available (but you can bring your own), including a Dyson pet vacuum. One of us is sensitive to strong fragrances, so unscented or lightly scented products are preferred. Around 2.5 hours a week to start. Happy to chat about the details.

Hi, I'm looking for a cleaner to come in once a week or every fortnight to do a general maintenance clean. This would include an open-plan kitchen, downstairs toilet, hallway, small utility room and an upstairs shower room. Ideally, I'd like the clean to include dusting, wiping down and disinfecting surfaces, hoovering, mopping and cleaning and disinfecting the bathrooms. I'd also like the occasional extra job done, such as cleaning the inside of the kitchen windows and patio doors. But we can discuss this further. Price is per hour. Thanks, Elisha.

I’m looking for a proactive, organised person to help manage our household admin ideally for two hours of support every fortnight. Our main priorities are: * Diary management: keep our shared calendar updated, book hair, grooming and other appointments, and confirm arrangements. * Cleaner and cook coordination: organise their fortnightly visits using our existing cleaning checklist and meal-prep brief. * Grocery coordination: arrange online orders using stock information we provide, ensuring ingredients and essentials are available within budget using our grocery management app ( ihatemessdotcom) We want someone who plans ahead and follows through without constant reminders, helping our routine run smoothly so we can focus on work. This is a remote coordination role with the initial meet up in person; no cooking or cleaning required. Please send a short update showing what’s booked, what’s outstanding and any decisions needed. £50 covers two hours total, including messages and follow-up. Groceries and service providers are paid separately. Any additional hours must be agreed in advance. Please include your relevant experience, availability and how you would organise the first session.
