We are looking for a reliable, practical home chef or experienced cook to provide ongoing meal preparation for two adults in Shoreditch, London. The Role We would like someone to help with: * Meal planning for the week * Grocery shopping * Preparing healthy, balanced meals in our home * Batch cooking and portioning meals for the week * Keeping recipes simple, nutritious and cost-effective * Leaving the kitchen clean and tidy after cooking Schedule Ideally: * 2 visits per week (Sunday and either Tuesday or Wednesday) * Preparing approximately 15 meals per week (3 meals per day, 5 days per week) for 2 people * Ongoing weekly arrangement Food Preferences * Healthy, high-protein meals * Simple recipes rather than restaurant-style cooking * Focus on everyday meals that reheat well * Open to tailoring menus based on preferences and dietary requirements What We’re Looking For * Previous experience with meal prep, family cooking, private chef work or catering * Ability to plan meals and shop efficiently * Organised, reliable and able to work independently * Comfortable working within a reasonable grocery budget * London based and able to travel to Shoreditch Please Include * A brief summary of your experience * Whether you can provide grocery shopping as part of the service * Your hourly or daily rate * Your availability for recurring weekly work * Examples of meals you would typically prepare We are looking for a long-term arrangement with someone practical, efficient and budget-conscious rather than fine-dining or restaurant-style private chef services.
