Looking for an experienced PC technician to refurbish my Dell Optiplex 7070 Mini Tower. The Task Includes: 1. Supply new parts as needed 2. Internal Clean: Blow out dust from the chassis, fans, and power supply. 3. Thermal Paste Refresh: Remove the CPU heatsink, clean off the old paste, and apply new Arctic MX-4 . 4. Hardware Installation: Install 1x M.2 NVMe SSD and 1x DDR4 RAM stick into the motherboard. Software: Create a Windows 11 Installation Media and perform a clean install on the new SSD. Details: I need someone to install two CAT6 Ethernet ports in a room that currently has none. The property has existing Ethernet cabling that terminates in the garage. The room where I’d like the new ports installed, is located almost directly above the garage. Ideally, I would like the two new ports to terminate as close as possible to the existing Ethernet ports in the garage. Terminate both ends to wall plates. Test all cable runs after installation. Requirements: 1.Must be an ACMA-registered Cabler. 2.Work must comply with Australian cabling standards. 3.Please include your ACMA Registration number in yout office. Notes. Bought a computer and has some random remote management called “dark trace limited” wondering somoene talent with IT software could potentially erase all and restart computer, this requires high level knowledge not just “setting” but I assume a full pull apart of MacBook and reset hardware somehow.

Device information: Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 13 (2020 model), Windows laptop. The device is experiencing a keyboard issue where characters (e.g. “qqqqqq”) are typed automatically without any user input. This happens intermittently even when the keyboard is not being touched. I would like assistance to diagnose whether this is a hardware (keyboard) or software/driver-related issue.
