I need someone with a drill and a small ladder (ceiling height 2.5m) to come help me put up brackets for curtain rods for three windows total. Our walls are brick with render, see photo. We need a carpenter to make and build a set of storage boxes to cover up other boxes in our attic as well as cover off a part of our balcony to hide stuff being kept on the balcony. Size in the attic is probably 2 sides of 4x1x0.75m unit and on the balcony is 2x0.75x0.75m. They need to be on a hinge so can be opened easily and the balcony is protected by can still be exposed to moisture and weather.

Would like to replace three hanging pendant lights with newer ones I have. Will require a new earth wire I believe for all three as old ones are plastic and I don’t believe have an earth wire and new ones are metal See pics for pics of all 3 old lights and pic of one(I have three)of the new lights to replace them with place has high cathedral ceilings so tall ladder required or access form roof tiles for wiring. Hello, We require an URGENT call-out from an experienced shopfitter, carpenter, or cladding installer to inspect and secure a piece of our external signage in Logan Hyperdome. The Issue: A section of the cladding panel on our main shopfront sign (located behind the "Oscar Wylee" lettering) has come loose and fallen forward, resting against the 3D letters. This is a significant public safety hazard, as there is a risk the panel or the signage letters could fall. The Job: The task is to attend the site urgently, assess the signage, and securely re-fasten the loose cladding panel. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the high bulkhead signage (a suitable ladder/platform will be required). 2. Inspecting the loose panel and the frame to determine why it failed. 3. Securely re-installing the panel using appropriate and durable fixings (e.g., screws, adhesive, new clips) to ensure it cannot come loose again. 4. Inspecting the security of the adjacent panels and the main "Oscar Wylee" letters to ensure they are not also at risk of falling. 5. Leaving the area safe and the signage looking professionally finished. Requirements: - MUST have proven experience with commercial shopfitting, signage installation, or cladding. - You must have your own tools, including an appropriate ladder or platform to safely work at height in a shopping centre. - You must supply all necessary materials for a secure, permanent fix (e.g., screws, construction adhesive, brackets). - Public liability insurance is required.
