PROPERTY FINDER WANTED - UP TO £500 SUCCESS FEE I'm looking for someone to help me find a rental property for my family. What I'm Looking For ✅ 2 or 3 bedrooms ✅ Landlord willing to accept Housing Benefit / Universal Credit ✅ Essex, North London, East London, or areas outside London with good transport links into London ✅ Move-in as soon as possible ✅ Reasonably priced rent If the rent is above our Housing Benefit entitlement, we will personally pay the difference, so the landlord does not need to worry about that. Your Job: Search property websites such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OpenRent, Gumtree and Facebook Marketplace Contact estate agents and landlords by phone, email or message Find suitable properties that match the requirements above Send me property details, photos and updates Act as the main point of contact until a suitable property is found I can provide details of two estate agents to get you started, but you are free to use any legitimate method or source. Payment: This is NOT an hourly-paid role. You will receive a success fee of up to £500 if a property you find results in us successfully signing a tenancy agreement. No success = no fee. Ideal Person: Good communicator Persistent and proactive Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails Organised and able to provide regular updates If interested, send me a message and tell me why you'd be a good fit.
