Buy, portion and vacuum-seal cheese sample trays

Cheese sample prep for a food business. You supply ALL equipment and materials (vacuum sealer, gram-accurate kitchen scales, transparent trays/bags) - I have no sealer or packaging. You buy the cheeses (reimbursed on receipts): Emmental, goat, Red Leicester, smoked processed, cheddar, blue and Comte (300-400g each for portioning), plus retail packs of kashkaval 250g, smoked processed 200g and grated mozzarella 1kg. Portion the 7 precut cheeses into even cubes - 16 x 18.75g per 300g pack - pack into transparent trays/bags and vacuum seal, then apply my printed labels (front strip over the lid + label on the reverse). I supply the printed labels only. Job can be done at my flat in W2 (Paddington) or at your own place/kitchen and I collect. Food hygiene certificate preferred. This weekend or Monday.
