One of the wooden legs on my upholstered bed has become loose and is sitting at an angle. The fixing hole in the wooden bed frame appears to have enlarged/broken away, so the leg no longer grips securely (photos attached). I’m looking for someone to repair/reinforce the damaged fixing point and securely reattach the existing leg so that it is straight and weight-bearing again. Happy for the fixing to be reinforced/repaired as needed rather than just tightened. The leg itself seems fine, it looks like the timber/fixing point inside the bed frame is the part that has failed.

No fusible or iron-on methods due to fabric composition. Garment North Face Sherpa fleece jacket (customer supplied) Materials provided by client • “Canada” lettering patch • Maple leaf patches (x2, for sleeves) • Canadian flag patch (for front) • Red accent fabric trim (for collar and zip lines) Scope of work 1. Sew “Canada” lettering patch to front chest, positioning to be confirmed with client via photo mockup before stitching 2. Sew one maple leaf patch to each sleeve, matched for height and alignment 3. Sew Canadian flag patch to front panel, placement confirmed with client 4. Apply red fabric trim along neckline seam and along main zip tracks, hand finished for a clean edge • All application must be sewn, not ironed or fused. Sherpa fleece pile does not hold adhesive backing and heat can damage the fabric • Thread colour to match or complement red and white palette • Stitching must be durable enough to withstand regular wear and washing • Edges of patches to be secured flat with no fraying Process • Freelancer to confirm exact placement via photos or markup before starting • Freelancer to advise if reinforcement backing is needed given Sherpa pile thickness • Finished garment to be returned via tracked delivery Timeline To be agreed.
