I'm wanting to develop a psychological questionnaire that the respondent can answer the questions with the results displayed in a bar chart at the bottom. I'm unsure of the budget. I've started with an excel sheet (but if you can suggest something better that would be great). In the Excel sheet, I have a list of 90 questions in column B. These questions are divided into 6 sets of 15 questions Set = B, S, C, A, I, and L. (and then these questions are randomly assigned to Item numbers 1 - 90). The respondent answers by clicking on a cell D:H with values of 1:5 (D = 1, E=2, and so on to H = 5). (1) I want an X to appear in the cell clicked. (2) In a row below the questions, say row 100, the number of Xs FOR EACH OF THE SETS B, S, C, A, I and L, are totalled and multiplied by the value of the cell in which the X is entered: for example, if set B has Item questions 5, 9, 15, 16 (and more) in its set, then if there is an X entered into cell D5, this would be given a value of 1 (D=1), if there is an X in cell H9, this would be given a value of 5 (H-5). (3) This would occur for all Sets B, S, C, A, I, and L. In row 100 (as above), the totals of each set (multiplied by the value of D:H, would be noted. (4) Then, I would like a macro for a ‘reset all answers’ button. Somewhere on the same page. (5) And, a macro for the Clinician Use: Charts button – again, somewhere on the same page. Clicking this button would display a bar chart with the scores from row 100 – the x axis would have the Set (B, S, C, A, I, and L), while the Y axis would have the total score – from 15 – 75 (row 100). (6) It would need to be locked to prevent alteration of anything but cells D:H

Hi, Looking for an excel person to create a excel workbook with multiple sheets that have the following: 1) weekly / monthly budgeting (detailed and granular, I want to be able to track every $ incoming and outgoing) 2) monthly / annual savings calculator / forecasting (can calculate how much will be saved in certain amount of time) 3) financial positioning / investment summary page for investments ( current balances for super, shares, crypto since I plan to invest) (my current liabilities + equity eg home car etc ) 4) bi-weekly timetable where I can see what plans I have for the day at what time (eg gym, work, sport) 5) health and fitness page ( detailing gym workout plans, nutrition food, supplements) 6 ) a page for shopping list for things I’d Ike to buy/ own I am looking for easy to sheets that aren’t overwhelming where I can put in data and it auto updates graphs/ calculators etc. keep colours coordinated and professional looking I guess (ignore the rainbow stuff I did wasn’t a fan) I’ve used some free templates online which I felt was missing details etc, I’ve added a screenshot of fake data template I made for reference and looking for something better under your recommendations. I’ve listed the price at 100$, not sure what it should be priced, happy to pay more / reduce depending on offers. I am happy to keep this an ongoing payment should I need changes depending on my needs. If you can maybe show last work / examples ( feel free to black out major sections) just want to see how it looks and if it aligns.
