I need pictures hanging throughout; the tv mounted on the wall (it’s plasterboard wall so will require two pieces of wood attached to secure the wall bracket to) can purchase the wall bracket in advance of required; two hooks to be attached in downstairs cupboard; attach feature piece to brick wall outside; separate job - replace feeble bathroom extractor fan with a more powerful one (can also purchase in advance if necessary).
