Hi, I’m moving apartments within the same building and need help moving a 65-inch TV. The TV is currently on the 1st floor and the new apartment is on the 10th floor (there is a lift). I’m not sure if it can be safely carried by two people (you and me) into the lift as-is, or if it should be disassembled and packed into its original box (which I have), then moved and reassembled / mounted again. I’m looking for someone comfortable with heavy lifting and TV disassembly/reassembly or mounting if needed. So we may need to do both - heavy lifting and TV assembly? Hopefully it's okay? After I switched on TV the fault appears after 10-15 minutes. The issue is not with HDMI through Virgin. Checks have been done on Amazon Prime and Netflix with the same lines appearing but these start in the middle of the screen and move down. YouTube also has the same lines displayed. Also tested Samsung on Terrestrial TV through the aerial and the picture fault still exists on all the tests carried out. I have taken some videos on each check carried out.

We’ve got a 75” with a TV mount that we need put up on the wall. We have a plywood backboard for it to assist as we’re unsure whether it’s dot and dabbed or a timber stud but it’s probably the former as it’s an outside wall.
