I am posting regarding my 2-year old Samsung TV, model QE55QN700BTXXU, which has developed a serious screen fault. Recently, the display began showing fuzzy picture distortions and vertical lines that flash intermittently across the screen. The issue occurs regardless of the input source. I have already performed all standard troubleshooting steps, including: Power cycling and reconnecting all cables Testing different HDMI sources Performing a full factory (hard) reset Despite these steps, the issue persists. I also noticed that the screen no longer adjusts its brightness correctly — it remains at the highest brightness level, even in dark environments, and the panel becomes very hot during use. I suspect this overheating may have caused or worsened the screen failure. I have since stopped using the TV to prevent further damage. Here are my details for reference: Model: QE55QN700BTXXU Issue: Fuzzy/flashing picture with vertical lines, brightness stuck at maximum, overheating Actions taken: Full reset, cable/source tests I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Hive installation on electric boiler has issues relating to the receiver and /or the thermostat. The setup was working perfectly until Hive’s online support gave my houseguest some instructions to reset it! There are currently no lights on the receiver, the hub itself is working & thermostat shows as connected on the app but says “call customer service” on the front. I suspect it is likely something simple but I’d prefer not to mess around with it any more! The boiler is electric - Potterton Gold 9kw and appears to be working fine!

My bathroom radiator isn't heating up, only recently moved in, no idea why .

I need an additional radiator installed on my central heating system. The radiator has been hung and is in place and the current central heating pipes are very near to it. They are behind an internal single brick wall that the radiator is hung on. Access to the pipes is very good.

Problem with combi boiler, have to play around switching between heating and hot water for either to work. Hot water pressure extremely low in the kitchen, heating reaches lukewarm temperatures.

Oven doesn’t not heat up - lights and power okay. Bosh oven.

ecodan air source heat pump not providing enough pressure to provide heating. Some hot water but not above 40 degrees. Pressure very low

Need to install a mixer tap for the downstairs W/C and also fix the hot water pipe by replacing it and connecting the same. Material costs can be additional to the budget.

Tado smart thermostat fault with Zone Controller off

Boiler was installed few months ago. Water tap had Hot water but no heating in radiator. Need any good knowledgable person to fix it. I think it just needs pressurise the system. Pictures attached for reference

Currently there is a Drayton rf thermostat installed in the property connected somehow to the greenstar 24i junior combi mk 111 boiler. I’d like a quote on replacing with a Drayton wiser smart thermostat and hub with zonal control connected to 3-5 radiator valves which will also need installing and setting up.

The gas boiler is working well , but we cannot use the heating in the flat because the gas boiler doesn’t connect to the remote It’s an eletrical issue for the boiler

Top heating element is stuck and wont unscrew i have tried but not moving, the tank has been drained down as far as the top element, only contact if you are 100%, you can remove, boiler is a pulsa coil model, drain valve also broke at the bottom, new elements are on site, if you can replace both that would be great
