Ii need a thermostat receiver wired

Boiler pressure is low. Heating is weak, hot water seems to be fine. Not an emergency but help needed

Brand New boiler that is servicing 6 studio flats, but only 1 flat is not working.

Central heating isn't turning on. The Salus receiver box next to my Worcester Bosch Greenstar Combi boiler has no lights showing (completely unpowered), even with the top switch set to ON. The boiler unit itself turns on fine during chimney sweep test mode, so the issue seems to be a lack of power to the Salus receiver or a failed receiver unit. Looking for a quick diagnostic check to inspect the power supply/fused spur to the receiver box and fix/replace it.

I would like this pipework/boiler output boxed in to hide it. It needs to be done in a way that it can still be easily accessed once a year for servicing, but otherwise will be covered up. Ideally done in white to match the walls but not necessary so long as I can paint it after fitting

I’d like to book an annual boiler/heating service, and at the same time, get a quote to split my central heating into two independent zones. Currently, the Worcester boiler heats one flat. I would like: Zone 1 (First Floor): Underfloor heating controlled independently by its own thermostat/manifold. Zone 2 (Second Floor): Radiators controlled independently by a separate thermostat.

Looking for an experienced Gas Safe registered heating engineer/plumber to come to my flat in Kennington/Oval on Wednesday 30 September to look at two issues: 1. Baxi boiler / central heating system * Baxi Megaflo 24 System ErP, installed around 2016/17 when the flat was built. * The boiler/system is currently working, but the pressure gradually drops and needs topping up roughly once a week. * I’d like someone to diagnose why it is losing pressure and check for obvious issues such as the expansion vessel, pressure relief valve, filling loop or a leak elsewhere in the system. * The boiler is approaching 10 years old and hasn’t been serviced since I moved in during 2023, so I’d also like a proper boiler service/check while you’re here. * I’m particularly keen to make sure the system is reliable before winter and before I rent the flat out while travelling. 2. Leaking shower temperature control The thermostatic temperature dial on one of the showers is leaking around the control/faceplate area (photos attached). I’d like this investigated and, if it’s a straightforward cartridge/seal/washer issue, repaired at the same visit. Please only offer if you are Gas Safe registered and comfortable diagnosing both boiler/heating-system pressure issues and shower plumbing. I’m looking to spend around £150 for the visit/service and straightforward repairs. I have an Airtasker voucher worth £200, but this needs to cover the total including Airtasker fees, so please bear that in mind when making an offer. If replacement parts or more substantial work are required, I’m happy for you to diagnose the issue and quote me before doing anything additional. You must be a plumber or a heating engineer. Boiler diagnosis completed as follows below and need someone to replace both parts. Parts to be ordered separately and not included in price here. - system pressure was low. I topped up the pressure and reset the boiler; however, the boiler still failed to fire. The appliance was displaying the fault code shown in the photographs provided. I referred to the manufacturer's instructions, which identify this fault as relating to the gas valve. I then contacted the manufacturer directly to confirm, and they advised that the fault is associated with the gas valve and ignition electrodes, with replacement of these components being the recommended course of action. The active fault codes displayed on the front of the boiler provide a clear indication of the fault condition being detected by the appliance, and the manufacturer has confirmed that these codes relate to the gas valve and ignition electrodes.
