Find an experienced garden planting specialist in London

I had my drive relaid but I can't get the company to come back & put my 3 large rectangular planters (with shrubs & soil in) plus 2 smaller plant pots - back in place on my drive. I have a photo.

We have a small garden, (5x5 ish) no lawn just gravel and a small deck. It has three flower bed borders. We'd like the borders replanted in a nice fashion for end of summer/autumn colour and the rest generally de weeded and tidied The photos give an idea of the garden, the trampoline and equipment are no longer there
