It’s generally in good condition but needs a general tidy-up. Tasks include: Sweeping and removing leaves and debris from paving Clearing leaves around the tree and edges Removing dead or overgrown plants/weeds Light trimming of the tree (minor tidy-up only, no heavy pruning) General clean to leave the space neat and presentable No major landscaping or tree surgery required. I need 4 large outdoor planters cleared of old, dead plants/weeds/bad soil and all garden waste removed, each planter is 300L so there is a lot of old soil to go- all of which will need to be removed first and disposed off of by your own means.
