Find an experienced garden planting specialist in London

I have about 8 plants that need repotting; I don’t have the soil but do have loads of spare plant pots not even sure if they’re the right size though. Oh and these plants haven’t been repot in YEARS

This is not gardening per se, it's terrace plants maintenance, some weeding and general cleanup of leaves and spider webs (nothing major - see the pictures) and some replacements with new plants (3-4). This would be 2 sessions (first the maintenance and suggestions for new plants, then providing them and planting). All plants are in big planters (including a couple of tree sized) and the terrace (6th floor) is sunny and windy. The budget I'm putting is for the first visit (maintenance, tidy up), the second visit / planting etc. depends on what we discuss so not including it yet. I'll need you to get rid of the waste as my residential building does not have garden waste bins. There's no free parking as far as I'm aware, you may need to walk for a couple of minutes from the nearest parking spot. Time: either a Monday or a Friday - finish before 3 pm. I need someone to water plants outside our house in Stoke Newington for 6 days this week. It will be 20 minutes every day. There is a water tap outside - you will just need a hosepipe to attach or to buy one and I will reimburse you. Living local to Stoke Newington is ideal. I won’t always be in but you do not need access to the house. All you need to do is the watering and send me a picture each day.
