I’m looking for an experienced flooring installer to replace the existing carpets with luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring in my flat at Townfield Gardens, Altrincham. The work covers the living room, dining room and hallways, with a combined area of approximately 24m². Flooring supplied: I have already ordered the flooring: Supremo Diamond Luxury Click Vinyl Rigid Core Flooring – Nature, 8mm, with built-in underlay. Move or reposition furniture as necessary to clear the work areas. 2. Lift and remove the existing carpets and underlay. 3. Remove carpet grippers and deal with any protruding fixings. 4. Inspect and prepare the existing concrete subfloor. 5. Check the floor levels and carry out any necessary levelling or smoothing to meet the flooring manufacturer’s installation requirements. 6. Install the supplied click LVT, ensuring neat cuts around doorways, edges and other obstacles. 7. Fit suitable finishing trims and thresholds where required. 8. Remove installation waste and leave the rooms clean and tidy. Important: The existing floor is concrete beneath the carpet. Please identify any additional subfloor preparation or levelling costs before proceeding. Lay new vinyl in the kitchen I will supply materials not a huge area to do I just have no experience to do the work

The room is 1.24m x 1.48m but the lino will need to come approx 17cm up the wall on all 4 sides (see image).

We need our current kitchen flooring removed and new vinyl put in place. A pretty simple job. There is peel-and-stick vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I want that fully removed and the stick to be cleaned off afterwards so the flooring is not sticky. I have taken 2 pictures. The black flooring is the peel-and-stick vinyl flooring. The grey flooring under it is the original flooring. I want the black peel-and-stick vinyl flooring removed and the floor to be back to its original.

Looking for someone to fit vinyl flooring in my bathroom. I already have the flooring materials just need installation.

There is a tear in the existing linoleum/ vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The kitchen floor is roughly 1.4m x 2.5m I'm looking for someone to install the new sheet vinyl I've bought. There is a washing machine in the room that's installed behind some skirting board. When the last guy came, I held up the machine for him briefly while he slid the floor under. The boards underneath the sheet are not perfectly flat thanks to a previous leak that has since been fixed. I will: - Tear up the existing flooring - Move the fridge in advance of you getting here - Hold up the washing machine for you to get the sheet underneath - Remove and then reinstall the kitchen panels that will be in the way I just need someone to cut and install the new sheet. I have some spray adhesive also but obviously happy for you to use something else if you prefer. If any questions please just let me know. Chris

I’ve just moved into my new council flat. I need vinyl flooring for the whole flat. I am not allowed laminate or wooden flooring due to council rules so please don’t suggest that.
