This is in a tenant house. We need the current LVT tiles taken up, disposed of and replaced with laminate flooring which we will provide. We also need a new threshold to join the allow flooring to the rest of the house. The kitchen is approximately 24 m².

The laminate in the hallway doesn't have an underlay as it has tile carpet stuck on the floor. The person who fixed the laminate earlier hasn't removed as he said he needs a special machine to remove that. I want that removed gently without damaging laminate and use the underlay and then put the laminate back?
