## Laminate Flooring Fitter Required – Approx. 13–15m² I am looking for an experienced flooring fitter to install **approximately 13–15m² of laminate flooring** in my home. ### Work Required * Lay approximately **13–15m² of laminate flooring**. * Install the appropriate underlay underneath the laminate. * Measure and cut the laminate neatly around walls, corners and door frames. * Leave the correct expansion gaps around the edges. * Fit beading/scotia around the edges where required. * Fit **door threshold/transition strips** to create a neat separation between rooms. * Ensure all flooring is level, secure and professionally finished. * Trim doors if necessary due to the new floor height. * Leave the work area clean and tidy once completed. ### Materials I intend to supply the **laminate flooring and underlay**. Please let me know what additional materials are required, such as beading, threshold strips or other fittings. ### Labour Budget I am looking to pay approximately **£200–£250 for labour**, depending on the work required and the condition of the existing floor. Any additional work such as significant floor levelling, removing/disposal of existing flooring or replacing skirting boards can be discussed and priced separately.
