Also need to remove existing carpet track strips. Floor is concrete. What’s provided: -Laminate floorboards 7mm -Timberlay Silver Underlay 3mm What’s needed: -Removal of existing carpet tack/track strips -Laying underlay and laminate boards neatly and securely -Appropriate tools for cutting and fitting boards The room is currently cleared and photos of the space are attached. Flooring has been bought from renovate direct so it's click in system and also has built in underlay, it’s 37smq total. Previous flooring will be already removed. Looking for someone experienced please. Specific day isn’t required however, flooring is being delivered on the 2nd December and I need completed by the 11th December. NO beading required. I need to screed my floor and the laminate tiles I planned to cover are loose so need to be removed before I can screed. Most are loose and can be easily lifted by hand or with a scraper, but some are more stuck - they might need to be loosened with a heat gun.

We had a leak that caused some damage to existing laminate flooring we had in our kitchen, we need someone to remove the impacted flooring and then replace with new flooring (we have the new flooring already but would need underlay providing if possible please). Its a fairly small area that was impacted by the leak which should be shown in the picture.
