My dad is elderly without and disabled and one of his fence panels in his garden has completely broken due to trees and other shrubs. His next neighbour would like it replaced before the 25th of June as he has family and dogs coming over which I understand. I am away and cannot help so I’m looking for somebody who can supply and fit the fence panel. He has concrete posts, but it will need to be cut down. I can get some photos as well.

I’d like to install a wall topper to increase privacy.
