I want a small fence building across the grass with a gate in the middle similar to what AI has created

I purchased a pet fence kit that comes with brackets and mesh fencing (30 meters in length). My plan was to install it myself before I realized that a large part of the fence belongs to my neighbor and I can only drill into the solid cement pillars that prop the fence up on my side. Two sides of the fence (see the attached floor plan) are mine, but one is made of breeze blocks and is relatively low. The posts the metal gate was hung on rotted. We have the gate, wood for posts, and post ground supports. The base of the old post needs to come out in order to instal the new ones.
