There are cracked floor tiles in the bathroom that require sealing, there is an old cat flap which is now full of styrofoam and it needs to be taken out and sealed up properly - there are also 2 pipes coming out of the house which need to be sealed up. The bath panel keeps popping out due to a draft and this needs to be inspected, there is a draft around the house and we want to find where it is coming from and fix it. The shower mixer no longer gives cold water and this needs to be fixed. There are also various sockets around the house which are loose and also some dont work.

Need a step to back garden built out. And the block out of shed door frame

Build a set of steps and fit them in to the surround so they don’t move. 6x2 and all fixings are onsite. (Temporary ones will be removed of course.)
