I need a new basin and wall hung drawer unit in a bathroom including plumbing fitted. The old basin has been removed. And tiles have been removed. Pipework will be needed to connect to sink but is in same location as old sink so the basics are there. Sink is a bowl design to sit on top of countertop of drawer unit. Taps will be coming out of the wall, so pipework will need to be chased into wall. Thanks.

Materials are on site. You bring tools. Task 1. To fit the self adhesive foam strips around the edges of the sash windows. Task 2. To fit the insulation plastic film over the window. You use tape around the edges and a hot hair dryer to seal. Bay window is the priority. Windows and sizes. 1. Bay window in living room. The middle sashes are 100cm W x 100cm H. Left window sash is 50cm W and the right is also 50cm W. Total window height is just under 200cm. 2. Bathroom Window bottom sash is 70cm W x 57cm H and top sash is the same. 3. Kitchen window (small) bottom sash is 50cm W x 77cm H and top sash is the same. You will need to bring tools to do job like a tape measure, Stanley knife and a ruler and cutting board or piece of cardboard to cut the plastic film on.

I want two ethernet socket connections fitted in upstairs bedrooms on second floor. Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm.
