Remove bathroom basin and kitchen taps and replace with new similar ones

Remove old bath, basin and toilet. Temporarily remove water heated towel rail & reinstall after decorating has been done. Move shower riser & bath taps to adjacent wall. Install wall mounted basin taps. Install new suite which will include L-shaped bath, vanity unit with countertop basin, and back to wall toilet with hidden cistern in a bespoke cabinet. Plumber must be comfortable using eccentric (S-union) connectors for shower fixture.

Our kitchen and bathroom sink taps are dripping and so is the shower in the bathroom. The kitchen tap might be repairable, the bathroom tap needs replacing and depending on what you find the shower may also need replacing.

We have two steps between the main entrance and the open plan living/dinning area. The protective stip on the edge of the steps has come off. We have bought new strips. We need someone to cut then as needed and screw them to the laminate floor of the step.
