Replace old bathroom mixer tap with new mixer tap

I am looking to get the current worktop replaced/fitted with new laminate worktop, as well as new splashback tiling around the kitchen (replacing the existing - apart from the sink area as this section will be retiled). Please note that we would be looking to replace the freestanding stove with a built in oven and stove.

I’d like someone to come and replace the shower mixer and bath taps , I’ve not bought replacements yet so if someone could supply those too that would help

Need two strong people to shovel topsoil into wheelie bins and transport up a lift to a terrace. I've got three large pallets of topsoil to be completed.
