I need a registered electrician to install 2 downlights. The driver is meant to just grip the wires but I can't get it to happen for one light. A third one is installed, I just need it checked. Ideally this Thursday any time. Otherwise weekends, or weekdays quite late.

I had a out going tenant who moved out recently and he replaced the dropdown light before moving out As you can see in the picture it is wonky with wires exposed. I have tried pushing the base of the light towards the ceiling but I got no movement. I just need the base of the light to be level with the ceiling with wires tuck back in.
