Need to empty everything out of our basement to carry outside. Roughly a 30 min-hour job for 2 people as some building supplies so need 2 people to lift/move.

I need two strong men to assist with lowering a sofa into a basement via a lightwell, including lifting one side of the grate (per photo) which weighs approx 70kg. The sofa is being delivered approx 7/7:30am and the delivery service includes delivery to desired room (as well as unpacking and assembly) but they will not perform the lowering of the furniture so i need two people to do that (including bringing the correct equipment - strong straps that can withhold the weight of the sofa elements, which also weigh up to 70kg). The guys doing the delivery will receive the sofa at the bottom, in the lightwell, and do the rest.
