The main furniture and larger usable household items will be donated separately, so I’m not looking for disposal of the saleable furniture. However, there will be various smaller unwanted household items left behind that are not suitable for donation, including general household waste, recyclable items, packaging and miscellaneous items that need to be removed and disposed of appropriately. I would also require a thorough end-of-tenancy clean of the property once everything has been cleared, including the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and general areas, ready for the property to be handed back to the landlord/letting agent.
