I’m away with work for the next 3 days and my real estate agent needs to inspect my flat as it is being re-listed for rent. The flat is already clean — this is NOT a full cleaning job. It mainly needs tidying, a few things put away/moved and the rooms presented nicely for rental viewings. Approx. 2 hours max. Once the checklist is complete, please do a final walk-through and use your judgement to straighten/style anything that will make the flat look its best for prospective tenants. I have a video of the whole flat and a list of tasks needed for each room which I can provide. PHOTOS: Please send clear photos of every room/area once finished so I can check everything before the inspection. KEY: Access is via a lockbox (details provided privately).
