The cleaner did not speak good English and was 30 minutes late. He did clean well but because he had insufficient tools, he left certain areas like the toilet bowl, wooden floor etc dirty. The cleaning company called me to say they would send someone to fix it but never called back. I ended up booking a second clean with a professional cleaning company and paying twice.
