The flat is going to be completely cleaned one day before - so will likely not need much doing. The guests will have only stayed there for one night. It’s a two bed with one bathroom Most importantly, the bedsheets should be changed, new towels provided, and if necessary give it a quick sweep, or if there are any dishes out etc put them back in, get the bin out on your way out.
