We are looking for someone to do airbnb cleaning and changeover, for my 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat in between bookings. This is for our flat where we live but when we are away we air bnb it out. I am looking for the same person to do this throughout the year. We have recently hired a cleaner to do this but we are unhappy with the standard after a complaint so this is quite an urgent request. We hope to have someone who can bring their own cleaning products and hoover. The keys are accessible via a key safe. The tasks: -to clean the flat -to strip the beds and place dirty laundry and towels in a basket -to make the beds with fresh laundry (that will be provided) and replace towels -to generally prepare the flat afresh for new guests so that it looks as the listing on airbnb. Normally the place is left in very good condition, so the cleaning can be minimal sometimes! But it always needs to be presented (beds made up and so on). The upcoming dates we require are 29th November anytime 4th December anytime 26th December anytime 1st January between 11am and 2pm 3rd January anytime 6th January between 11am and 2pm The cost stated is for the first clean and after that we will privately transfer funds
