I’m away with work for the next 3 days and my real estate agent needs to inspect my flat as it is being re-listed for rent. The flat is already clean — this is NOT a full cleaning job. It mainly needs tidying, a few things put away/moved and the rooms presented nicely for rental viewings. Approx. 2 hours max. Our rental property needs a deep clean, it seems it has been empty for some time. Each of the four bedrooms plus the reception room, kitchen dining room and study require a deep mop and or steam vacuum, dusting and deep clean.
