Self assembly metal garden shed

Dismantle a shed at Knights Garden Centre, Warlingham, Surrey and transport to TN8 6SR (approx 7 miles). Reassemble shed. Shed is 10ft x 8ft. Picture of shed attached.

I have a 3 x 3.6m metal pergola that I need assembled and I have a wooden shed (2.5 x 1.5 x 1.8m) that i need bashed down and taken away

1. Install the aluminium flashing I already have between the house wall and the pergola to seal the gap and make it weatherproof. The flashing should be securely fixed to the wall with suitable masonry fixings and sealed with an exterior-grade silicone. 2. Secure the pergola to the patio by drilling through the pergola legs and the patio tiles into the concrete base below, then bolting the legs down with appropriate fixings. Please bring the necessary tools for drilling masonry, tiles and aluminium, along with any fixings and weatherproof sealant required. Photos are attached showing the existing gap. I am flexible with the amount offered.

Rub down and paint a low wall that runs around the front driveway

I have a down draft extractor in my kitchen. De Dietrich. The extractor works fine. However, the movement mechanism which takes it down into the recess in the platform, stuck about 3 inches off from the platform. The movement then comes back to starting position. It is possible there is some dirt or obstruction in the movement mechanism. Needs investigation and fixing. First 2 photos are the extractor in fully open position. The third photo is the lowest level to which it goes into the recess and the point at which it starts going back up again.
