The current work is defective and needs to be removed and the site re-prepared so that I can proceed with block paving. Scope of Work: Removal of the existing concrete border around the 3m x 8m area. Demolition and Removal: Break out and dispose of the existing concrete/cement base, which was installed to the incorrect height and is of poor quality. Site Clearance: Remove construction waste and dirt that has been dumped over a previously compacted sub-base. Rub down and paint a low wall that runs around the front driveway

Install lighting into the wall of my driveway and connect it to the house mains. Wiring is already in place and ready to be connected to both the lights and the mains supply. The cable is currently in the driveway and will need to be fed through to the house via a drilled hole in the wall.
