We have a small courtyard 8m2. We need to have: 1) drainage pipe amended and Aco drain installed for water to escape, 2) tiles 0.3m x 0.3m to be laid down on the concrete subfloor and on 3 stairs, 3) small walls around the courtyard to be finished off and made good, 4) building walls around the courtyard to be cleaned, prepped for painting and painted up to a hight of 2.5m (incl. timber window), 5) rain water pipe on the roof to be connected to the main gully trap.
