Our verandah has approximately 4 wooden boards that need to be removed and replaced. We have the timber. - Due date: Before Sunday, 14 January 2024

Install a pair of batwing lattice doors. Old door had been taken off and new door partially hung (one side). Will need lock, handles and left side hung. All materials supplied.

Replace flooring and hand rails of a deck. - Due date: Flexible

Wood sheeting to be installed under front Of house to cover electrical work. Hand rail down internal stairs. - Due date: Flexible

Want qualified tradeperson to construct a Stratco outback verandah. All materials are on site except for 4 x 3.6m posts that need to be picked up from Brett's on Rode Rd. Foundations have been completed and certified by an engineer. Construction to include fitting 4 x 12v downlights and 1 fan (lead wire only required as will source electrician separately). Also require drain to connect to stormwater approx 4-5m away. Will be at least a 2 person job given size of the roof panels. - Due date: Before Sunday, 22 January 2023

The current railings on our 2nd floor verandah are rotting and need pulling out and replacing. Then new rails put in. 4 photos show it currently and last photo shows how we would like it to be. - Due date: Flexible

I need three Perspex panels replaced on my back verandah roof.There is a hole in one and the others are leaking when it rains. - Due date: Flexible

Needing a new balustrade on our back verandah as soon as possible as the current old 1950’s lattice is not safe. We have been quoted $4500 by two builders but neither can get it done until December which isn’t ideal with a kid around the house. The design we are after is 30mmx30mm pailings with 30mm gap in between. With a top horizontal rail around 100m wide (wide enough to put a coffee cup on.) Verandah is quite small- approximately 3m by 9m. We also need a gate at the top of the stairs to stop the little one from falling down. For privacy, one side of the verandah will have the vertical 30mmx30mm pailings going almost all the way up to the roof. We are happy to do all the painting we just need someone to build it. Hi! I have been keen to have some classic Lattice doors installed to my Queenslander. I am happy to source new Lattice Doors from Colonial Warehouse but there will be some fitting and adjustments necessary as the frame and doors are not quite aligned. Thanks in advance! Tash

Prep and paint metal fretwork with rust proof paint and timber top railing with exterior paint on a verandah and exterior front stairs. 36 metres height 88cm

Painter needed! Our verandah ceiling is outdated. Part of the ceiling has an overhang and we are open to offers with scaffolding included. The verandah ceiling is approx 15m X 2.5m. Paint will be supplied. It will require undercoat as some is green and needs to be all cream. Ceiling and beams are to be all one colour. Please specify how and when you could complete task.
