The upper level of my house at the back looks to be boarded, and has developed cracks where the boards meet - I am looking to paint and need this sorted before I paint. See pictures attached

We installed some large windows to the house and the installers had to cut some edges to fit the windows in therefore leaving rendering around the windows scraped off. We require patch up rendering work to put it back to its original look. It’s important to note that surface around the windows are on the second floor which means a tall ladder is required.
