We’ve recently installed a new floor due to a sloping subfloor, which has left gaps between the floor and the walls (see photos). Looking for an experienced plasterer or renderer to: • Fill/render the gaps between the floor and wall • Ideally rendered (preferred over plasterboard) so it’s solid and suitable for fixing skirting boards onto • Leave a small expansion gap where appropriate for skirting installation • Ensure a neat, straight finish ready for skirting Details: • Residential job • Small to medium repair work • Must have own tools • Experience with rendering/plastering preferred Happy to discuss the best approach if you think plasterboard is more suitable, but preference is a solid rendered finish. Rendering over a cracked piece to have it not visible

I will need someone to render cracks in a textured external wall.

Fix holes made in side of the house a total of 4 small holes, not quite sure what trade is needed but am happy to get someone out who knows what’s there doing

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that. See pictures. We’d like someone to put the corner back and match the colour as close as possible so it blends in. Thank you!

Need someone to complete the render of the one pillar as seen in the pictures below. Colour sample and code will be provided.

The existing render on our capped brick chimney is starting to crack and let water in. Need somebody to re-do it to keep things watertight. Would also be great if you could remove the old TV aerial while you’re up there.

Painting service required Job: To paint full front house rendered facade. 2 x dulux paints (white and monument) provided. 1. Mostly re-coating existing paint white facade. 2. Re-painting the front big window section to monument colour, currently brown. No painting required on the window frame.

1 room to be rendered. 3 new areas (were windows) to be blended in. Open to colour change but undecided at the moment. There is a large opening, a doorway and window in the room. Room is 8m x 6m, ceiling height 2.4m. Keen to get done asap.

Looking for someone to repair a few small chips and a gouge on a front rendered pillar (see photo). The render has come off in a few spots — needs patching, smoothing, and repainting to match the existing texture and colour (dark grey).

I am wanting to place 3 heavy mosaics on a bluestone wall. I need 6 holes drilled into the bluestone (not the cement)which is rendered and 6 dynabolts to be placed into the stone ready for hanging the mosaics. Must have correct drill / bit for bluestone. Dynabolts to be supplied.
