Find a professional render contractor in VIC

I have white efflorescence appearing on outdoor concrete render of my townhouse. Looking for someone to come by and clean this off so it looks like brand new. Happy to provide pictures if required but I'd prefer you came and saw for yourself so that you can provide a quote. Small area 2m x 2m that has the stains. Must have own tools, cleaning equipment and ladder. Only qualified and experienced applicants will be considered.

I need 2 side walls and 4 front walls primed and rendered. Two stage process. Let me know you offers I have the finishing production left over from the house but don’t have the primer.

First rough coat complete and need someone in who's a perfectionist with rendering to complete second coat on two front walls and letterbox. Job walls add up to a combined 17m2. Letterbox to be completed also. All edging should be installed and workable with. Will buy and supply all materials required to complete job- whatever is suggested. Hopefully, this is less then half a days work or so for someone experienced. Please bring own tools to complete work. At this stage render is most likely painted over for finished result after the second coat has been done.

Facade render clean due to moulded stains.

Render 8m retaining wall 500mm high.

We tried to use Sikaflex seal the joints for half part of it, as pic shown. Haven’t sand it yet now required an experienced handyman to keep working on it, need render over the joints, matching the existing as best as possible.

Damage brickwork requires patching and wall rendered. Render colour matched with other wall, must be somewhat accurate. Clean finish required as it's for a customer at there front door entrance.

Simple render of the top and side of fireplace 1m high, 2m wide. Note only the top and 1 side to be done. The depth is 250mm only. It should be a quick job done in less than an hour for an experienced concreter handy with the plastering trowel. Davo render mix is provided for you to mix, 20kg

Need holes drilled near ceiling in wall of double brick old style apartment. I tried but couldn't get them deep enough so need someone with the right tools. Also need plugs and screws to screw in brackets for a wall mounted clothes drying rack.

This is a new brick wall. It’s only the wall that needs to be bagged not the plinth below. We are looking for a bagged finish where the outline of the brickwork is visible. We need a professional finish especially on the edges to ensure a straight finish. We dont want to paint so hoping to achieve the look with a white acrylic render. Needs to be done before Monday while the scaffolding is in place!
