Have build the front fence recently and the rain didn’t help. The rendering has started to bubble up at few places on multiple pillar. See photos for more information

Looking for an experienced handyman, bricklayer, renderer or landscaper to modernise an existing outdoor brick BBQ structure. The structure is solid and will remain in its current footprint and shape. Photos attached show the existing BBQ and the desired finished appearance. Brick wall, normally sits behind wardrobe, want to weatherproof wall to reduce moisture coming through from exterior, previous wardrobe had moisture, new wardrobe being installed 17 July. Want someone to clean wall then use products I supply to render over bricks. Just labor. 2h day one to clean and render. May require 1h on second day to apply second render coat. Need someone who knows and has experience with internal wall render.

Need a renderer to fill cracks in front facade

Some damage on a column out front of my house. Looks like patching of render to be done. Size is small enough about 20 cm wide ( small area looks like Ute has backed into.)

Exterior corner of house has developed a crack and separation near the eaves/fascia. Looking for someone to repair the damaged section. May involve render, timber trim, or fascia repair if possible please inspect and provide a quote. Thanks More details: A trim board/cover on the exterior corner of my house is missing(circled in red), leaving the edge of the eave/soffit exposed. The matching trim is still present on the adjacent side( circled in green). need the missing section supplied, installe. Please inspect the area and advise if any additional repairs are required. Also in the photo with a single red circle, I would like the crack to be patched. In the last photo the section marked in blue appears to allow water ingress during heavy rain. I’ve noticed water seeping through this area, which may have caused the discolouration in the area marked in red. The second last photo shows the same area (yellow section from the first photo), but taken from the first floor. In this section, there appears to be a gap in the blue area where water may be entering. Could you please also check this area and advise if it needs sealing (e.g. sealant or waterproofing), along with the other repairs? Thanks This is a 2 storey townhouse

Just demolished an outhouse and need rendering for a feature wall. The size is 2000mm wide x 3000mm high. The corner on the right will need a deeper fill and will most likely return around 100mm on the right hand side wall. Render just the minimum thickness required and a cement colour finish is adequate. Not too sure of tge cost, hence I've put a minimum of $10.00
