Looking to have my garden wall rendered. Roughly 14m long in total and only 2 Besser blocks high (half width). Only front and top to be rendered. I’ve got multiple bags of Dunlop Acrylic Render and 3m corner beads. So just looking for the labour. I’ll paint the rendered wall once completed. Provide your best quote. Looking to get done asap. My house in Point Cook is 10 years old, and over time, it has developed a water stain on the facade, as visible in the photo. I need someone to clean, fill any cracks, prepare the surface properly and paint the rendered facade with color / acrashield membrane of my choice. I can buy the material as required or you can include in your estimation. Repaint is required for all the front facade except the brick part.

The upper level of my house at the back looks to be boarded, and has developed cracks where the boards meet - I am looking to paint and need this sorted before I paint. See pictures attached

We installed some large windows to the house and the installers had to cut some edges to fit the windows in therefore leaving rendering around the windows scraped off. We require patch up rendering work to put it back to its original look. It’s important to note that surface around the windows are on the second floor which means a tall ladder is required.
