I need an experienced window repairer/handyman to inspect and fix 2 awning window with a winder mechanism that has similar problem. And both of them are on the second floor for a townhouse. The window does not close completely. When winding it shut, the bottom of the window appears to get stuck against the bottom frame instead of seating fully into the closed position. There is no obvious dirt or debris causing the issue.
