Approximate dimensions: ramp 11.1 m x 1.35 m landing area 1.92 m x 1.38 m deck area 4.84 m x 2.44 m Ramp was built about 3 yrs ago Deck and landing area was renovated about 2 yrs ago. So the ramp is Much more worn out than the deck and landing area. Not sure what prep work you’ll need to do.
