Looking for quotes to replace the decking boards on one section of our existing deck in Nerang. The section is approximately 2.4m x 7m (around 17m²). We would like: * All decking boards in this section removed and replaced (most of them are weathered) * New timber decking supplied and installed * Timber and finish/oil colour matched as closely as possible to the rest of our existing deck, which will be staying * New decking oiled/finished as required * Old decking removed/disposed of The posts, railing/balustrade and remainder of the deck are to stay as they are. We aren’t certain what timber or colour was originally used, so would appreciate someone who can recommend the best option to achieve a close match to the existing deck. Photos attached. We are planning on having vinyl flooring installed. Currently the floor is too uneven and squeaky for the flooring company to do the install. We'd like the floor made level and even and the squeaks eliminated. The floor in the hallway, three of the rooms, and a wardrobe is old hardwood timber planks and in a fourth room the floor is large plywood sheets, photos attached. The total area is approximately 60m^2. There's also some gaps that need filling too. It's on the second floor of a house. I need a quote for my stairs to be sanded. I started sanding myself but I unfortunately have injured myself and am on Workcover now so the stairs are 1/4 finished but I need the rest done! I would also want them to have a clear lacquer over the top after sanding.

Looking for someone to sand and re-oil the outdoor timber around our house. It is mostly Merbau that has weathered over time and needs bringing back. The job includes: * Outdoor stairs leading upstairs, including treads and handrails * Cubby house stairs * Timber retaining wall capping I’ve already completed one section of the upstairs handrail, which gives a good idea of the finish we’re after. Provide install to laminate timber floor to existing office fitout 3mx3.6m. Already have the flooring on site. As skirting boards are already in place and painted. Will require scotia to be installed onto the skirting board. You will need to pick this up and bring to site. Color white. Total of 13 linear metres. Rough sand of posts and 2 coats of Aqua deck which i have. Only sun facing posts are worse as in last image.

Arranged for a timber deck to be rebuilt in February 2026. Unfortunately some tannin leeched out and just needs affected affected areas touched up (see attached image). There are 3 areas as per photo where floor mounted door hinge base has been removed. The timber floor under needs to be sanded back and coated to match existing within reason.
