The job includes: * Sweep and remove leaves, dirt and debris. * Scrub the deck to clean it and prepare it for oiling. * Apply 2 coats of decking oil for a nice, even finish. There appears to be a small area of mould staining on the timber flooring and I would like a professional assessment to determine whether this is a surface-level staining, damage to the finish, or deeper penetration requiring sanding and refinishing. There is also some UV damage in this area that I would appreciate some advice on. I would appreciate your advice on whether the affected area can be spot repaired or requires sanding/refinishing and whether the surrounding boards can be matched/blended if repaired.
