Find a local timber flooring profesional in QLD

Some pieces of the decking frame work have broken down. They require replacing to maintain the structures integrity. From what I can assess there are 4 places this has happened. I’d like the deck sanded and the surface recovered also.

THE BAD NEWS: So I made a foolish error three years ago and had "a friend" lay floorboards in my apartment. (The area is 40m2). He layed them brick-style and after a few months, gaps began to appear between the joins. He had no iead. THE GOOD NEWS. The timber panels have NOT been glued down and we have heaps of extra, new panels (see in photos). I need someone experienced who can be trusted. I have managed to save for a year to fix this issue.

Looking for a licensed, insured concreter to remove old rotten timber decking and replace it with new concrete. The timber is rotten, cracked and unsafe (see photos). Urgent — looking to start ASAP. AREA 1 — Pool deck (~60–90 m²): • Main section approx 8.9m × 7.5m, plus an 8.1m strip • Remove & dispose of all timber decking + the raised timber sub-frame • Fill & compact the base (deck currently sits on a raised structure with a void underneath) • Pour & finish new concrete slab — plain concrete, broom (non-slip) finish • Correct fall/drainage away from the pool • Glass pool fence on the boundary: temporarily remove during works and reinstate compliant on completion. Pool area must be kept secure while the fence is down (young child on site). AREA 2 — Side path (~8.7 m², approx 4.37m × 1.99m): • Same scope: remove old timber, fill & compact, pour plain concrete (broom finish) Please quote each area separately so I can decide on scope.
