Find a local timber flooring profesional in QLD

Looking to polish timber floors, 2 rooms approx 3x3 m each plus living area. The third bedroom has vinyl flooring which we like removed to polish the timber floor underneath. Looking for quotes both with and without the additional work on the third room. The third room is the one without the warobe in the photo.

Sanding, minor repairs, and recoating are required. Deck area: 34 m² Type of timber boards: Spotted Gum Approximately 15 joints require repair, as the timber has rotted around the screws, as shown in one of the photos. The owner will provide the oil for recoating the deck, as well as any timber boards and screws required for the repairs.

Looking for someone experienced in deck restoration to prepare and re-stain/oil all existing stained timber on my front deck/verandah. The job includes the entire timber area shown in the photos, including: * Deck floorboards * Front stairs/steps * Handrails * Vertical timber posts * Large overhead timber beam * Timber framing * Timber cladding/skirting around the outside/base of the deck * Any other currently stained timber forming part of the deck/verandah The existing timber needs to be properly cleaned and prepared first, including sanding where required, before applying the new stain/oil. I want a good-quality, even finish rather than simply staining over the existing surface. The white balustrades, house, gutters and other painted surfaces are NOT to be stained and will need to be properly protected during the work. Please include in your offer whether you are supplying the stain/oil and other materials, how many coats you recommend, what preparation/sanding is included, and your experience with deck restoration.

Water leak under engineered floor - now fixed. Need to replace damaged floorboard (installed on top of a concrete slab). Have spare boards. I tried fixing with glue but it didn't work!

I have two deck areas of approx. 70-80sqm, two smaller deck landings, and some stairs. The stairs are two flights of approx. 6 treads. They have been previously coated with Intergrain water based oil. I'd like them pepped with the appropriate deck wash product and two coats applied to the surfaces.

I have approximately 70 square meters of timber deck that I want painted grey. I will supply paint it will need 2 coats. Needs to be cut in around some edges and it has 2 sets of stairs I have pressure washed the deck and it’s ready to go

Timber boards are 87mm wide there is probably about 7 boards that need replacing I have changed them myself in the past and got the boards from Big River Group in Warana..

Timber decks, hand rails and steps need to be chemical washed, sanded and resealed. 4 decks in total, 2 upper and 2 lower. Deck still in reasonable condition not very old, only light sand is required but will need to be washed prior due to some moss growth from a tree. Approx 140m2 of decking surface area.
