Plantation Shutters are to be fitted using a Z Frame to 2 windows in the kitchen where the tile splashbacks are currently layed into the reveal. There is a single window adjacent which requires one line of tiles cut also. I need 20mm approx cut out from the face of the wall to accommodate the frame of the shutter.

The 2 shelves have 5 screw holes and come with screws and plugs. The splashback is a thin sheet of metal with a thick plaster board recessed 2mm behind the splash back and then another fibreboard recessed 2 mm behind the plasterboard. One of the shelves needs to cover over the opening of an electrical switch that if possible be relocated 5-10 cm below it’s current position. Not sure how to secure the fixings in to the splash back - may need liquid nails as well to secure shelf?
