I have a crack between the shower cabin and the floor plus grout between floor tiles in the shower look thinner than in the rest of the bathroom so maybe needs a regrouting. Shower area is about 1m x 1m

1. Silicone (bathroom & kitchen): Remove and replace all perished and mould affected silicone throughout the bathroom and kitchen. - cut out existing silicone completely and new silicone to be applied over old (white per exisiting). - clean joints with methylated spirits and dry/clean - mask both sides of each joint - apply a neutral-cure, sanitary grade silicone with fungicide (wet-area rated) - fill bath bath with water before sealing the bath perimeter/silicon area and leave filled until cured so joint is sealed in its loaded position - silicon area where new vanity has been installed and around the toilet - kitchen silicon all sections where the bench connects to wall and where water can reach (silicon colour white/neutral) - silicon bench under the kitchen window 2. Re- grout (bathroom floor): rake out and re-gout the full bathroom floor and tiled bath hob/rim. - bathroom floor: match existing colour with Polymer-modified cementitious grout - new grout to stop at bath hob/rim. - tile edges must not be damaged any damage will need to be replaced. - rake out at least 2/3 of the tile depth - clean off grout haze and allow to cure - apply a penetrating grout sealer once fully cured

I have tiles around my pool which I want regrouted. And any loose tiles glued down. pool is 7mx3m. 45 tiles in total.

Have a ~30sqm courtyard with travertine pavers that has just been pressure washed. Needs regrouting as this has exposed lots of gaps - properly routed out and ground. Would like it sealed also with SilaSeal or similar quality product.

The grout on our marble kitchen countertops is failing. As a result, we need the current grout removed and the sea between the marble slabs re-grouted and sealed.

The grout on my apartment verandah looks like it has had better days. I would love it to be brought back to life and be regrouted or properly cleaned. There is nothing wrong with the waterproofing or anything major. It is a cosmetic thing.
