Find a grout repair professional in Inner West Sydney

Hi, looking for a handyman or tiler to clean up and regrout a small shower floor. Floor Size: ~ 800mm x 800mm (0.64m2). The Issue: Dark grey grout ~10 years old. Some sections have come out completely during scrubbing. Scope of work: Scrape out the remaining loose/compromised grout sections, clean out the joints, and patch them up using a rapid-setting or premixed dark grey grout. Requirement: Must use a fast-curing or premixed product (e.g., Davco Easy Grout) so the shower can be used again within 24 hours. Must have own tools. Please let me know if your quote includes materials or if I should purchase the grout beforehand (or if preference for what to use). Photos are attached. Thank you!

Hi - looking for someone to recaulk and regrout the bath in our small bathroom. We can supply the grout, caulk and caulk gun if preferred. The tiled bath area is roughly 70cm wide, 70 cm deep, with tiles running 40cm vertically. We also have a crack in our tub that is leaking into the downstairs neighbours when we have a bath -- we fixed it with expanding foam and some putty, but it hasn't worked.
