Tile laundry floor. Floor needs tiling.

I have been advised by a plumber that there is a slow leak from my shower to the unit below’s shower. Apparently the grout in my shower is crumbling and would no longer be water tight. He therefore recommended I regrout and re seal the shower. Any advice whether this will help? Looking to do this the cheapest way possible.

I have a 43m2 area with approx 15m2 of tiles and the rest is carpet. I'll need a kitchen bench (with a cupboard under) and all the floor removed and disposed of. The concrete slab floor will need to stay in the best condition possible as it is being prepped for polishing. Time frame is optional. I am seeking quotes, and can be flexible. I have included a floor plan. The tiles run 800mm in front of the kitchen bench and in the entry. There's a small area near the back door. The rest (including downward stairs) is carpet.
